Fact: Only True Christians Go To Heaven

Daily Prompts: Fact

The Opening

This Bible Study will focus on how only True Christians earn the right to go to Heaven.  There are many False Christians, False Preachers, False Pastors, False Teachers, and False Prophets today that teach that everyone will go to Heaven.  The thing that all of these people have in common is that they are all False, which means they only tell lies with enough of the truth to deceive people who are unaware of what The Bible says.  I will point out some key passages in The Bible that show that these are all lies to show how all of these False people are really worshiping Satan instead of God.

The Scriptures and The Teaching

Matthew 7:21-23 NKJV

-21-  “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,” shall enter The Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven.  -22-  “Many of you will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out Demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’  -23-  “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

We see in Matthew 7:21-23 that Jesus Christ taught that not everyone who calls Him as Lord will enter The Kingdom of Heaven.  This right here is more than enough to show that all who are False that I mentioned above are lying when they say that everyone will go to Heaven.  We also see that Jesus Christ said that only those who do the will of His Father in Heaven, Who is God will enter The Kingdom of Heaven.  Then He tells what all of these False people claim that they have done in His name.

Notice how Jesus Christ never denied that they did these things in His name, but He does deny that He knew them all because they said He did.  That is another lie by all of these False people I mentioned above try to claim.  They try to claim that Jesus Christ will deny that they did things in His name.  Here we see that the reality is that Jesus Christ will never deny that they did these things, but that He will deny knowing them.  Why would He put it that way?  Let us look in John 14:15 here below:

John 14:15 NKJV

-15-  “If you love Me, keep My commandments.

We see here that those who love Jesus Christ will keep His commandments.  You can do “good” things for Jesus Christ in His name, such as what was mentioned above in Matthew 7:22, but that does not get you into The Kingdom of Heaven.  The people that I pointed out above are False will try to claim that doing things in the name of Jesus Christ is keeping His commandments.  This is simply their False god called Satan twisting The Scriptures to say something they do not say at all.

I can do everything in the name of Jesus Christ without obeying His commandments at all.  I can give food to those who are in need without loving them.  I can go visit those who are sick without loving them.  I can give clothes to those who need them without loving them.  I can help people get jobs without loving them.  I can do all of these things in the name of Jesus Christ, but because I do these things without loving the people I am doing these things for then I am not keeping His commandments.  Jesus Christ only specifically gave two commands for us to follow and they are found in Mark 12:28-34, so let us look at this passage here below:

Mark 12:28-34 NKJV

-28-  Then one of the scribes came, and having hear them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, “Which is the first commandment of all?”  -29-  Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is:  ‘Hear, O Israel, The Lord our God, The Lord is One.  -30-  ‘And you shall love The Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’  This is the first commandment.

-31-  “And the second, like it, is this:  ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’  There is no other commandment great than these.”  -32-  So the scribe said to Him, “Well, said, Teacher.  You have spoken the truth, for there is one God, and there is no other but He.  -33-  “And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

-34-  Now when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, He said to him, “You are not far from The Kingdom of God.”  But after that no one dared question Him.

We see here that Jesus Christ said the first and greatest commandment was to love God with everything you have.  He also said that the second greatest commandment was to love everyone else as you love yourself.  Notice what the scribe said to confirm these things with his answer.  Notice how Jesus Christ told the scribe that he was not far from The Kingdom of God, which is another name for The Kingdom of Heaven.  This only backs up what I have been saying that not everyone who does things in the name of Jesus Christ will enter The Kingdom of Heaven.

Everything in The Bible is based on these two commandments.  Love God above everything else with everything you have and to love your neighbor as yourself.  When you do both of these then you are obeying the commandments of Jesus Christ.  Those who are False that I mentioned above will then try to change their tactics, which is a sure sign that their lies have been exposed, but they are trying to pull a sleight of hand to cover themselves to make it appear that they are being honest, which is ironic because a sleight of hand shows dishonesty.

Those who are False will try to claim that it is ok not to love other Christians because they are not of the same denomination as you are in life and they also claim that to do so would be burdensome to you.  What if these other Christians who go to a different church than you do are your neighbors?  Those who are False will remain silent on this because they can’t answer it without exposing themselves for their own hypocrisy.

How is it burdensome to love God with everything and to love your neighbor as yourself?  It is only burdensome to those who are not True Christians.  Doing “good” deeds does not make you a True Christian, but doing the will of God does.  What is the will of God?  To love Him more than anything and anyone else as well as to love your neighbor as you love yourself.  It really is that simple.  Also, you will no longer sin when you follow these two commandments and you will not be influenced in any way by the Wicked One, which is another name for Satan.  This is verified in 1 John 5:1-3, 18 here below:

1 John 5:1-3, 18 NKJV

-1-  Whoever believes that Jesus is The Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him Who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him.  -2-  By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments.  -3-  For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments.  And His commandments are not burdensome.

-18-  We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the Wicked One does not touch him.

The Closing

That is all for this Bible Study.  I hope this has opened up your eyes to what it takes to go to Heaven.  You must follow the two commandments that Jesus Christ taught in order to go to Heaven.  Nothing else will get you there.  You can only follow these two commandments if you are truly saved with The Holy Spirit living inside of you along with Jesus Christ living in your heart.  How can you truly love someone when you don’t have God living inside of you when He is love?  It is impossible to do so and the only way to be able to do this is to be truly saved.  Please share this with everyone you know.  God bless you all.
